Job Overview
As part of our Event Team, youโll help bring CH Sweetsโ brand to life at events, fairs, pop-ups, and other special occasions. Youโll be the friendly face of our company, ensuring every guest has a sweet and memorable experience.
You will coordinate closely with the event manager and company owner for event setup, planning, and real-time support during events.
Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and breaking down event booths, displays, and product stations.
Serve and showcase CH Sweets products to guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide product information.
Help manage inventory and restock products during events.
Ensure event areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
Support the team in event promotions, games, or interactive activities.
Requirements
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different event settings.
Basic organizational skills.
Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required).
