Job Overview
As part of our Social Media Team, youโll play a key role in creating and managing content across our social media platforms. Youโll help us connect with our audience, build brand awareness, and showcase our delicious creations in the sweetest way possible.
You will be provided with your own personal work email for official communication and will have direct contact with the company owner for ideas, updates, and strategy discussions.
Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and manage posts across all CH Sweets social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist in developing creative campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.
Capture and edit photos/videos of CH Sweets products for social media use.
Track and report on social media engagement and growth.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies.
Requirements
Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in food and lifestyle content.
Basic photo/video editing skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Previous experience in social media management or marketing is a plus (but not required).
